Infinium Associates deliver a range of products and services to its clients. We describe these as Core Services and Specialist Products.
Computer Audit and heath check
If you choose to become an Infinium support client, the first thing we will want to do is carry out a full audit and heath check of your network and hardware. This will involve a review of your licensing, software applications and hardware. Where appropriate we will clean up your machines by removing unwanted programmes and files and we will make recommendations to you regarding the matters we identify.
Antivirus Protection and Security
Infinium recommend that all computer hardware is protected by good quality antivirus software. Whilst many antivirus programmes are available free of charge on the internet there is much variation in the effectiveness of these ‘freeware’ packages. Infinium have carried our significant research into the best antivirus programmes and will recommend the most suitable software for your business needs. As part of this service we will load the software and check that the periodic updates are loading correctly.
Purchasing good quality antivirus software can not only save you money but also save you significant amounts of time and stress.
Networking and Infrastructure
Often holiday parks are spread over several locations within the park. The office facilities, the club house, the sales office and the swimming pool may all be located in different buildings. Infinium will review the networking infrastructure you have in place and make recommendations as to how you can optimise the networks to deliver the best and most efficient service for both your management of the park and for the services you wish to offer your customers.
Multi-park groups can often work more efficiently by joining up the networks across several locations. This may be more than one park and may include the park owner’s home. Infinium offer networking solutions that can deal with all eventualities from simple wireless links to full private wide area networks (PWAN).
Bespoke Software Development
Infinium employs a specialist software engineer whose job it is to develop unique software applications for your park. This may be a web interface to power your online bookings or a piece of access control software tailored to your specific requirements.

Hardware and Software procurement
We prefer our clients to purchase all their hardware and software through us. This ensures that the items of equipment or software is compatible with the rest of the network and allows us the opportunity to advise on the most suitable and cost effective equipment.
We are not always the cheapest and do not attempt to ‘price match’ some of the offers that can be found on the internet, however we do ensure that computers are built to the correct specification, that the machines are not loaded with unnecessary software and that the appropriate versions of your business software is loaded and functional. Depending on the purchasing arrangement we can also be on site to install any hardware or software purchased.
Products
Infinium have teamed up with a variety of specialist IT providers to develop products that are tailored for the park market. Some of these products together with related case studies are described in more detail on the product sheets. These products are generally based around software solutions that either assist you in the management of your staff and park or relate to commercial services that you may wish to offer your customer in order to enhance their experience of your park. Infinium will ensure that these products sit comfortably within your infrastructure. A brief outline is provided below.
Park Management Software - ParkVu
We believe that ParkVu is the leader in park management systems. Designed and built by Potts Mullarkey the system comes with the pedigree that has developed systems for some of the largest operators in the industry. ParkVu is designed for smaller groups and stand alone parks.
Reservation Systems
Infinium work closely with several suppliers of both integrated and stand alone reservations systems. All of these systems can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your parks for both holiday hire and touring. Infinium also have the technology to integrate your bookings system to your web site to facilitate secure online bookings that are in real time in your actual booking system. This removes the need for specific allocations and removes any risk on double booking, which is so often a feature of less mature online bookings systems.
Electronic Point Of Sale (EPOS)
Infinium’s EPOS systems are powered by intuitive software that ensures it is easy to use. The system ensures a quick and efficient service for your customers but provides you with all the management information you require to understand the spending habits and trends on your park. The information is real time and can be collated into bespoke reports providing you with the data you want when you want it.
Loyalty Systems
Loyalty systems go hand in hand with the EPOS solutions described above. You can choose which customers you wish to reward and design your own method of redemption. This allows you to segregate you holiday home owners from your short stay visitors. Loyalty systems can also be easily merged with access control solutions.
Access Control Solutions
Access control means exactly what it says. This can involve barrier control to stop unwanted visitors onto your park or can simply control free or paid access to your site facilities. Access control software can be configured to provide you with detailed management information regarding the movement of your customers around the park and facilities.
Time and Attendance Solutions
This solution is designed to make the management of the parks easier. The software can be configured to work through the mobile phone network removing the need for wires or wireless links. This product is ideal for monitoring the time your staff spend at work, on specific tasks or simply to track where they are. It is particularly useful for multi site group with staff and vehicles moving between parks. The automated time recording will assist in your compliance with the Working Time Directives and also contribute to your Health and Safety compliance with regard to lone workers.
Authenticated Wi-Fi Internet Services
Customers expect some form of wireless access on holiday parks. For holiday home owners this service allows them to work whilst at their caravan or lodge, which for many greatly enhances the purchase proposition. By installing an authenticated system you are able to choose who you charge for the service and what you charge, differentiating between different customer groups. Owners for example, may be given access free of charge or as an increment on site fees. Holiday visitors may be charged by the week or by the hour. This is a revenue generating service.
Internet Cafe’s
For those customers who wish to have casual internet access or do not own their own laptop, an internet cafe is the ideal solution. As with the authenticated Wi-Fi this is a revenue generating service. Having the screens located in strategic locations will also create highly visible advertising space for your facilities or caravan sales.
Asset Tracking and monitoring
This versatile software can not only be used to track the whereabouts of your vehicles, it can also tell you where your key tools are, such as mowers and strimmers. It is an ideal solution if you want to stop items of equipment going missing. It can also be used in the monitoring of key items such as fridge temperatures and swimming pool water readings. Operating through the mobile phone networks there is no need for expensive infrastructure costs. Your reporting will be accessed through the internet from any PC.
