2nd Line Support Engineer

Liam is a senior service desk engineer working for one of our key accounts supporting their head office and site IT issues. He’s responsible for 1st & 2nd line IT queries, network issues and the building and installation of hardware and software and as a point of escalation for all issues relating to the key account.

Prior to joining Infinium has worked for the NHS supporting patients in medium secure mental health facilities but his passion for IT-led him to work for the Atlas Consortium as a Single point of contact for military IT issues (SPoC).

Liam has been a hair model in the past but his true passion is IT, having built his first PC at 8 years old, and he now dedicates his spare time to gaming, learning, juggling and archery. His long-term goal is to know the answer to life, the universe and everything… but not 42.
