Paul is our Operations Director and has over 20 years’ experience of working in the IT industry most recently holding senior IT positions with Parkdean Resorts and G4S.
His role is to oversee the delivery of our in-house service desk, support services, field-based operations and project delivery. Since joining in 2016 he has improved our service desk performance leading in gaining our attainment of our ISO20000 IT Service Management System, which makes a clear statement of our commitment to our customers and the quality services we provide.
Paul has a BA (Hons) in Business Administration, PRINCE2 project management and most importantly a Level 1 Award in Football Coaching!
In his spare time, as well as being a doting family man, he enjoys following the highs and more often lows of Newcastle United, playing golf and clay pigeon shooting. He’s an avid Star Wars fan, going so far as to name his pets Solo, Chewy, Leia, Jyn, C3PO and R2D2 (the last two being fish!). Paul’s also an action movie connoisseur with his favourites being those where you can miss 10 minutes and still know the plot!”
