We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice to join the Service Desk team here at Infinium IT Ltd.
Location: Preston, PR4 0HF
Salary: £14,560, plus benefits
Hours: 40 hours (Monday to Friday, progressing to rotational shifts Monday-Sunday)
Infinium are an experienced team of IT & Wi-Fi specialists supporting Holiday Park connectivity across the UK. Following an exciting period of growth, we are now looking to further expand our team and are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Apprentice to join our Service Desk Team.

The Role:
Our Service Desk is a core part of our business, providing exceptional customer service and engagement to our national customer base. The Service Desk role is the immediate customer contact point. As an Apprentice joining the team, you will be working across multiple client platforms and managing customer incidents and requests by both phone and email.
